We do our best to share photos in a responsible way.  While it doesn't happen every time we try to have parent's sign permission forms at events and avoid using photos if a parent is concerned with our use of their family members in photos or videos.  Lower quality photos and videos not meant for downloading are sometimes shared in our albums or through other networks and formats.  

​Before sharing any photos or videos they are screened for individuals we know shouldn't be in them, modesty, appropriate language and gestures, unflattering images, etc.  However, occasionally we make a mistake.  If this is the case please simply contact us and let us know about your concern.  We can promptly edit or remove shared material.

In general, downloadable photos and videos are shared via a private, password protected link unique to each school or event.  If you would like this password please contact your school or event coordinator.  You can contact us if you'd like to know who to reach out to with your request and we will forward it, but we don't directly provide passwords since we don't know individual community members.

If you are concerned and don't want a picture shared by Glen's Gizmos simply Contact Us and ask us to remove it.  We won't ask questions and will promptly delete it.  We try to share photos in a responsible way, but it's difficult to keep track of so many people and events.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
