Meet Our Instructor: Susy Noelck
From an early age I knew I wanted to work with kids. My favorite class in high school was a semester-long child development class. After my first two children were born, I returned to school to learn as much as I could about how children learn, grow, and develop, ultimately pursuing a graduate degree in Child Development.
I have been teaching children of all ages in some capacity for the past 20 years, including preschool teaching, church nursery, lay Bible teacher, speech and book clubs, and various homeschool co-op classes.
We have been homeschooling our five children for 15 years. Our two oldest have graduated and were homeschooled through high school. I have also been teaching Human Development in the Adult Degree Program for Warner Pacific University for the past nine years. I enjoy teaching all ages. There’s something wonderful about being a small part of someone’s discovery of new information and experiences, and watching a love of learning blossom!
