We have around 150 stations and activities which can be brought to your school providing an educational opportunity for 40 to 600 people at a time.  If you expect an event smaller than 40 or larger than 600 let us know.  The number of stations we use will depend upon how many participants and volunteers are expected along with the number of additional tables the school can provide and the physical space available.  
2019-2020 Rates:

  • $775 for a 1-2 hour Discover STEM and Family Gizmo Night + Travel Expenses.  $325 each additional hour.
  • $1,400 + Travel Round Trip at $1 per mile from Newberg, Oregon for a 5-7 hour set of events during the school day.  Generally schools use this option when rotating students through by grade level.
  • FULL DAY and EVENING RATE $1,820: We will come to your school for a full day and rotate grades through our programs, then  return in the evening for a 2 hour family event.  This provides approximately 8 hours for student exploration during and after school.  AND we'll waive the travel expense anywhere in Oregon or SW Washington!  
  • To get a custom quote CONTACT US.  You'll probably need a custom quote if you represent a fair, car show, festival or homeschool co-op.
