    Homeschool Day: Easter at Tilikum

    • Who: Homeschooling Families
    An Easter Celebration and day of family fun, with the possibility of a fantastic meal provided by Camp Tilikum.  The day could include things such as boating, archery, fishing, a dissection, educational classes, facility tours, the chemistry of color (learning about egg dyes), Easter egg hunts and a celebration of Christ's resurrection.  Camp Tilikum is a family farm turned into an beautiful christian retreat center.  This event is a throwback to an earlier time when families still gathered at the grandparents homestead to celebrate Christ's resurrection.   The proposed schedule would likely run from 9:30am-4:00pm on Saturday April 15, but could become an afternoon and evening event during the week instead. 

    Cost would range from $20-$30 per person (depending on if a meal is provided) with a family maximum of $100-$150.
